Has worked for over eight years in manual drilling across East Africa. Mr Kaduma has trained over one hundred drilling teams from across East Africa (from Congo to Mozambique). Mr Kaduma originally trained as a plumber but moved into drilling after training at SHIPO, Tanzania with Henk Holstag, Arjen Van de Woll and Walter Antony Magina.
